  I’ve had issues stabilizing pt’s weight related to CHF and CKD. Understandably the focus should be around Quality vs. Quantity of life but with better glucose control comes increase weight gain resulting in worsening HF symptoms. Any suggestions?

  Any other lifestyle practices may lower the Insulin dosage i:e .. how active is the client? Whats the sleep schedule etc
